Photoelectric label sensor ODS551

The sensor is designed to monitor the presence of a transparent or opaque marker or label on a transparent or translucent base, and the built-in microprocessor system allows for optimal adjustment to the ambient light and optical parameters of the objects to be controlled. It has two PNP and NPN outputs that can be configured as NC or NO in the training process. The outputs are protected against overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit. The new model of this sensor is ODST88

While the sensor is being run – while the red LED lights up, the marker (label) and the base must be ONLY REMOVABLE! STANDING OF THE DETECTOR – ON THE OUTPUT ON THE MARKER (LABEL) 1) MARKER (LABEL) to be located in the center of the three arrows on the front panel.
2) Press and hold the „ON” button (about 2 seconds)
3) The red light of the LRN indicator indicates that the setup process has begun when the „ON” button has to be released.
4) The LRN once flashes that the tag (label) setting is over.
5) The base is placed in a slit so that it is at the center of the three arrows on the front panel
6) Press and hold the „OFF” button (about 2 seconds)
7) The red light of the LRN indicator indicates that the setup process has begun, with the „OFF” button being released
8) double-flashing the LRN indicator indicates that the BASE setting is over.
The setup process is completed SUCCESSFULLY. INSTALLATION – ON OUTPUT ON MARKER LOSS (PRESENTATION)
1) The base is placed in a slit so that it is located in the center formed by the three arrows on the front panel
2) Press and hold the „ON” button (about 2 seconds)
3) The red light of the LRN indicator indicates that the setup process has begun, with the „ON” button being released
4) The single flashing of the LRN indicator indicates that the BASE setting is over
5) The MARKER (LABEL) is placed in a slit so that it is in the center formed by the three arrows on the front panel
6) Press and hold the „OFF” button (about 2 seconds)
7) The red light of the LRN indicator indicates that the setup process has begun, with the „OFF” button being released
8) double-flashing the LRN indicator indicates that the MARKER (LABEL) setting is over.
The setup process is complete.

WARNING !!! If the LRN flashes in TREE in red with the interval between every three flashes, it means that the setting is NOT done correctly and the setup process needs to start again or power off and the sensor reset again! As long as the sensor training is carried out, the label (s) and the base must be NOT FIXED!
