Namur type inductive sensors are intended for operation in explosive environments. They are characterized by a high degree of protection, fast operation, a wide supply voltage range, reverse connection protection and overvoltage protection for inductive loads. The supply voltage of Namur type inductive sensors is 7.7......9 Vdc. The maximum switching frequency is 1000 Hz. The engagement distance varies from 1 mm. up to 10 mm. Protection class IP67.
Namur type inductive sensors are intended for operation in normal climatic conditions, in an environment without liquids and gases aggressive to the material of the housing and the cable. We recommend that their installation excludes the application of forces on the housing and the cable. The inductive sensors must be fixed with the nuts included in the set.
