Inductive speed control sensors are designed to monitor the minimum permissible speed of conveyor belts, screws, shafts and other rotating parts. After applying power, the output of the sensor remains on for a time of 10s, enough to spin slow-moving mechanisms. The principle of operation is as follows, the number of pulses per revolution is set, and when the pulses are greater than the set pulses, the output remains on, and when it falls below the set pulses, it is turned off.
Adjustment range 6.....120 rpm. or 100......2000 rpm.
They are characterized by a high degree of protection, fast operation, a wide supply voltage range, reverse connection protection and overvoltage protection for inductive loads. The supply voltage of the inductive speed control sensors is 12......30V. The maximum switching frequency is 25 Hz. The engagement distance varies from 5 mm. up to 15 mm. Protection class IP65.
Inductive speed control sensors are intended for operation in normal climatic conditions, in an environment without liquids and gases aggressive to the material of the housing and the cable. We recommend that their installation excludes the application of forces on the housing and the cable. The inductive sensors must be fixed with the nuts included in the set.
