Capacitive sensors with universal AC/DC power supply are actuated by molten and non-metallic objects. Their sensitivity is adjusted with a multi-turn potentiometer and they have a light indication of the working state. They are also protected against surges in inductive loads. Their switching element is a thyristor. The supply voltage of these sensors is 12...24Vac, 100Hz.
Capacitive sensors with universal power supply operate in the range -10......+55C. The degree of protection is IP65. Their storage temperature is -25...+70C, RH < 85%. The housing material can be chrome-plated brass or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
They are manufactured with NO or NC output for shielded or unshielded installation. The operating distances of capacitive DC sensors vary from 5 to 15 mm. depending on whether the mounting is shielded/unshielded and whether the housing size is M18 or M30
