Technical parameters and connection schemes

Upon receipt of a resolving signal from the controller on input ‘In1’, the device outputs ‘ENABLE’ via ‘OUT1’ to the driver. After a readiness response from the ‘In4’ driver, the system is ready and confirms it with an ‘OUT4’ signal to the controller.
The outputs ‘OUT2’ and ‘OUT3’ set the number of steps and direction of movement.
The inputs ‘In2’ and ‘In3’ are ‘START’ and ‘STOP’ signals respectively.

DOSAGE MODE – Dosage System Mode. Upon receipt of the ‘START’ signal and the available conditions, the device outputs to the driver the set number of pulses / ‘COUNT STEP D.’, stops, changes the direction, and feeds the number of pulses back / ‘STEP DOWN’ / STEP BACK D. ‘.

LABEL MODE- Label mode. Upon receipt of the ‘START’ signal and the available conditions, after a delay specified by parameter / ‘ZAC. After START / DELAY, the device outputs to the driver the set number of pulses / ‘NUMBER STEPS1’ / ‘COUNT STEP1 L.’. Upon receipt of a ‘STOP’ signal, the device outputs to the driver the set number of pulses / ‘COUNT STEP2 L.’ /., With the total number of impulses delivered to the driver not exceeding NUMBER STEPS1. / ‘COUNT STEP1 L.’.

Manual mode – constant operation at the pressed pushbutton / ‘PRESS’ / or single cycle / ‘SINGLE’ / can be switched off by parameter / ‘MANUAL MODE’ / by menu.
The frequency of impulses to the driver for both manual and automatic mode is set with the parameters ‘SPEED M. MODE’ and ‘SPEED A. RED / SPEED A. MODE’ And may be from 20 to 5000 hertz.
Direction of rotation and acceleration can be changed by parameters / ‘DIR ROTATION’ / and / ‘STEP UP. Hz ‘/’ STEP INCR. FR. ‘/ From the menu.

The device enables you to record and quickly select 10 banks / ‘BANK NUMBER x’ / with different parameter settings to make it easy to change 10 recipes on the machine. The choice of bank / ‘SELECT BANK’ / is easy and does not require entry into the main menu – ‘DIAGRAM – bank selection’.
Changing the parameters of each bank is done by pre-selecting the desired bank number.

The menu allows you to select the language / ‘SELECT LANGUAGE’ /, and change the contrast and brightness of the display / ‘CONTRAST’, ‘BRIGHTNESS’.

Access to changing modes and parameters is password-protected. It is factory set and can not be changed by the user.
